The "Healthy Breakfast" program was implemented at Lorestan University Girls' High School.

The Healthy Breakfast Program, with the participation of students from Lorestan University Girls' High School, was held with the aim of strengthening and promoting a "healthy eating culture."

According to the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University, based on the recommendations of the health teacher, students brought their breakfast to school based on healthy food and nutrition and participated in the Healthy Breakfast Program at Lorestan University Girls' High School.

Dr. Ziba Zamanifard, the principal of Lorestan University Girls' High School, considered the goal of implementing this program to be the promotion of a healthy eating culture among students.

Dr. Zamanifard told our reporter: "Healthy nutrition should be of special importance in childhood and adolescence, and school-based programs with the participation of students are in this direction."

She stated: "In addition to the educational aspects in the fields related to nutritional health, the implementation of such programs increases group and social vitality among students."

It is worth mentioning that Ms. Ghanaati is the relevant subject teacher (health) who was one of the designers of this program. Also, the principal, deputies, and teachers of Lorestan University Girls' High School participated in this program.
